1) Shipping Locations
We currently deliver:-
Across India to all major cities and towns via trusted courier partners.
Internationally to selected countries. Please contact our support team before placing
international orders for confirmation and delivery charges.
2) Order Processing Time
We offer fast and reliable shipping for all our clothing items. Delivery times vary depending on the type of garment:
Shirts: 7–10 business days.
Suits & Indo-Westerns: 20–25 business days.
Sherwanis: 30–60 business days
We ensure each item is crafted and delivered with the utmost care and precision. If you need expedited shipping or have specific deadlines, feel free to contact our support team.
3) Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Orders: Delivery may take 7–15 business days depending on destination and
customs clearance.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural calamities, strikes, or courier partner issues. We are not responsible for such delays.
4) Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a specified value (as mentioned on the website or during checkout).
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders or lower-value purchases, nominal shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
International shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination and will be
shared with you before order confirmation.
5) Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner link via email or SMS/WhatsApp. You can track the status of your shipment anytime using the tracking number provided.
6) Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package.
If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-delivery will be initiated only after confirmation and additional shipping
charges may apply.
7) Cash on Delivery (COD)COD is available for select pin codes within India.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make full payment in cash.
We reserve the right to disable COD for high-value orders or repeated refusals.
8) Packaging
All products are packed with care and quality checks to ensure safe delivery. Please do not
accept any package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged. Report such issues to us
immediately with photographs and video evidence.
9) Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your order is marked delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate with the courier partner. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be considered.
